Not loving your item, doesn't fit..etc? No worries dolls! Good news is you have 14 days to return your full-priced items. A store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not issue refunds. After 14 days, we can no longer issue any store credit.

In-Store Returns/Curb Side Pick Up

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned via website.

What are the conditions for returning an item(s):

  1. Merchandise must be arrived at our location within 14 days.
  2. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have a proof of purchase.
  3. Your item(s) must also be in the original packaging (tags attached).
  4. You cannot return anything that is worn, washed, stained, damaged, or altered in anyway. Your item must be without fragrance and without make-up residue.
  5. The following items cannot be returned:
    • ALL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged
    • ALL PROMOTIONAL SALES cannot be returned or exchanged
    • ALL Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged
    • ALL Accessories (EXAMPLE: Candles, Hair Accessories, Sunglasses, Scarves, Hats, Hosiery, Belts) cannot be returned or exchanged
    • All Beauty Products (EXAMPLE: Sunscreen, Bodywash, Lip Balm, Lotion, Deodorant, Hand Sanitizer) cannot be returned or exchanged
    • ALL Under-garments (EXAMPLE: Underwear, Bodysuits, Bralettes, & Bras)cannot be returned or exchanged

How do I return my item(s)?

  1. Please email us at sales@coco-kimono.com to notify us that you would like to return an item. Within 24-48 business hours we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label.
  2. Print your return label, pack up your items, and drop them in the mail (Please note that this return label will be sent to the email address that was registered to your account).

Store Credit Processing

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an emailed E-Gift Card within 1-5 business days of the delivery of your return. The E-Gift Card will be sent to the email linked to you account.
  2. Please remember an $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  3. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect any taxes and shipping fee deductions.

Can I return discounted items?

  1. Any merchandise with an adjusted price cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Orders placed with a discount code starting with “XO” are non- refundable (EXAMPLE: XOSTYLE30)
  3. Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Fees:

  1. We are happy to accept returns, however in order to cover the cost of shipping and processing we charge an $8.00 shipping fee for returning an order. The $8.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit.
  2. If your order is not over $100 after refund, original shipping costs will not be refunded. This means if you spent over $100 and originally received free shipping but decided to return all or half your order, it no longer qualifies for free shipping. In this instance, a $16.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your original form your store credit ($8.00 Shipping Fee + $8.00 Return Fee = $16.00).
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I exchange my item?

  1. Need a different size? If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@coco-kimono.com. All exchanges will receive FREE shipping.

 There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted. We have the right to deny a return if any items do not meet our return policy standards. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
